a. Overseeing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, from manpower requisition to job advertisement and CV screening.b. Proficiently establishing comprehensive employment records, which encompass aspects such as hiring, confirmation, transfer, promotion, attendance, leave, and separation, through the utilization of HRIS software.c. Meticulously handling payroll using HRIS software and Excel, while ensuring accurate attendance and overtime tracking.d. Methodically preparing and presenting the Yearly Increment Sheet to Higher Management.e. Ensuring compliance with Factory License requirements, including Boiler License, Environment License, ETP, and Trade License updates.f. Continuously reviewing and updating the organization's organogram to align with evolving needs.g. Successfully coordinating and facilitating various in-house training programs.h. Dutifully overseeing the management of employee personal files, employee welfare programs, company vehicles, canteen facilities, and accommodation arrangements.i. Regularly updating Group Insurance plans.j. Efficiently managing Full & Final Settlement processing.k. Orchestrating half-yearly and yearly Performance Appraisals in adherence to performance appraisal policies.l. Leading the Best Employee selection process and overseeing reward distribution.m. Support cost saving and cost consciousness initiatives by identifying cost reduction opportunities within the administration department.n.
