As a Key Account Manager at JITA Bangladesh, I have the below job responsibilities:> Playing an integral role in new business pitches and hold responsibility for the effective on boarding of new clients> Responsible for the development and achievement of project outcome through JITA’s direct sales channel> Responsibilities will be defined by the scope of designated project> Primary objectives to manage an account is on-time, on-budget completion of functional systems making up their project> Write project plans as well as prepare end reports for designated projects> Detailed attention needed for the allocation of resources, coordination of supplies and the completion of subsystems that perform as expected> Have the capability of leading field staff to generate project’s desired outcome, with regular formatted monitoring, follow up and feedback> Act as the key interface between the client and all relevant divisions> Focus on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business> Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities> Working with the Business Development, keeping aligned with Operations team to ensure that project requirements are implemented in line with client expectations.Additionally I am also responsible for piloting any projects who want to enter into JITA operational channel, market research and capacity building work.
