Currently on halt! This was my creative outlet to rant about brands & strategies, showcasing them through captivating case studies. Currently, I transitioned to writing on LinkedIn where I now engage and exchange ideas with a community of like-minded professionals like yourself.

As a BizLearner, I worked on two of Unilever Bangladesh's most important initiatives: BizMaestros, the largest student case competition in Bangladesh, and Unilever Future Leaders League, Unilever's flagship management recruitment program. I collaborated closely with the HR Employer Brand team to plan and design social media content for the campaign's marketing, as well as to propose new and interesting ways for generating UGC, such as AR Instagram Stories and Profile Picture Frames. My contribution to the team drew the notice of the company's CHRO, Miss Sakshi Handa, who thanked me personally for all of my efforts. I delivered over 100+ content in total, ensuring maximum reach and penetration throughout all campuses around the country, and earned me the experience of working with a team of World Class Future Leaders.My contract was extended further when Ms. Anuradha Razdan, Executive Director of Human Resources (HR), HUL, visited Bangladesh. Under Farhan Karim's supervision, I assembled a team of SPARKs campus ambassadors to prepare extensive Functional Review booklets for Anu's review. Processing and organizing information, designing 25+ book covers, and closely managing the support team were all aspects of the job.

SPARKS has been a platform that has enabled my learning and challenged me to push past my limits. I have worked with the Employer Brand Team from the start to accomplish 16 influential projects, among which the notable ones are:1) ULIP Recruitment Case writing 2) Strategic Planning and designing of content and campus promotion of Campus Connect across all 24 affiliated universities.3) Agency POC for campaigns: My Unilever Journey, Behind the Brand, PowerOfU4) Scripting Corporate AV5) Unilever Internal Newsletter publication6) Unilever EOC Survey circulationDuring my stay, I also got to be part of many training and learning programs, such as Learn to Lead, Purpose Workshop, and others. Attending the BizMaestros 2021 remains the highlight of the entire tenure.

WeGro Global is a Fintech firm that specializes in crowdfunding investments. During my brief stint, I supervised the brand's marketing efforts, helping to increase its social media reach and penetration, improve its digital presence, and increase app downloads. Further responsibilities included managing portfolio client interactions, organizing virtual investor meets, and coordinating with the affiliated agency.

AdmissionWiz is an Ed-tech company that connects international students with U.S. higher education institutions via an AI-powered platform. As a digital and social media marketing intern, I was able to complete the following tasks:1) Executed several website's prelaunch social media campaigns to build a follower base2) Developed a master database of 400+ US universities across several categories3) Crafted a content calendar for social media platforms

I joined Egiye Cholo, a content marketing & advertising company, as a Business Development Executive. During my time there, I was responsible for:1) Sourcing clients & maintaining client relationships.2) Preparing project proposals & presentation pitch decks.3) Ideating campaign concepts.

I resported directly to the CEO, Mr. Rafat Rahman & Sr. Business Development Officer, Ms. Sadia Islam. During my employment, I was responsible for -1) Planning & executing digital campaigns. Lead co-marketing campaigns with HungryNaki, Travel Bangladesh & D-money.2) Generating B2B Business leads. Notable project: Brac 100 bikes parking activation.3) Coordinating with the tech team to launch and install the country's first digital parking systems.4) Workshop Onboarding. Enlisted 12 mechanic shops as authorized service providers for the co-platform ToolBox.5) Presenting project proposals to Clients, Businesses & Official Government bodies like Dhaka North City Corporation.6) On-field market research to sourcing business opportunities & conduct site audits.
