Briefly talk about myself, I have around 7 years of experience in IT industry. I started my career as a Technical support executive at 247 Techies, an Online Technical Support for home consumers.Then I moved on to Enterprise support at MOQ Digital as an Associate System's Engineer and worked myself to become a Senior System's Engineer.As for my special skills which are highlighted and appreciated by my Supervisors and peers are as below,I'm an adaptable person. - I'm kind of a person who learns and adapt then and there. As an example, lets say if a client facing an issue I an technical area which I don't have the knowledge of, what I do is I research the technology ad the issue then and there, Learn about it and provide the solution.Effective under pressure - In IT field, it's very important to handle the pressure and provide the clients with the best support we can provide. By being efficient I have managed to handle the pressure and provide an outstanding support to the clients.I'm very efficient - During my work experience agency is a highlighted factor which I was praised by my supervisors. Polite with the client - When we face the clients we always have to remember to keep our personal issues to a side and face the client with a positive attitude. On some days clients may have a bad day, we have to make it our duty to at least support them with a technical solution!
