As a network of more than 600 social entrepreneurs, the main responsibility I had was to coordinate the various activities of the Impact Assessment Working Group, which are working to develop a framework to assess the activities of the network, and the Strategy Review Task Force. This required frequent scheduling of meetings, preparing weekly agendas, taking minutes, transcribing meeting, organising focus group sessions, and liaising important information between various stakeholders from the network to the Secretariat. I was also responsible for helping to prepare for the Catalysing Change Week both technically, by providing website and database updates and logistically by providing tech support during sessions. At times, I was also required to translate documents from English to Spanish and French that were later distributed across the network. Finally, I also had the responsibility of conducting frequent research on and scoping for potential organisations that would be best suited to join the network.In August 2021, I was also hired for a contractual job to complete a data analysis report for the Midterm Strategy review of the entire Catalyst 2030 network.
