While our main office is in Baltimore, Maryland, our reach is global. We have satellite offices in California, Massachusetts and Ghana, Africa, and we have extensive experience working in North, Central, and South America, Africa, and Europe.

Our Mission - Our mission is to prepare communities (in the broadest sense) to face this challenge by improving their capacity to collaborate, communicate and cultivate learning, adaptation, and resilience. We aim to contribute valuable tools and methods for understanding context, assessing needs, prioritizing issues, strategic planning, effective implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of progress.
