Current- Assist customers with special programs such as Special Forbearance, Repayment Plans or Financial Intake depending on their current situation
- All calls are through escalation scenarios process by a front line associate, depending on customer situation or questions with their mortgage loans
- Assist with payment reconciliation
- Pre and Post foreclosure assistance
- Consistently adhere to Loss mitigation and Service level Agreements adherence related to any bank program available
