(a) Work with the Admin lead and board of directors to manage and oversee MY Voice’s Internalteam-building project over the course of the next 6 months.(b) Responsible for organizing team workshops that meet the goals of the project including hiringworkshop facilitators, distributing volunteer tasks, arranging event venue and date, releasinginvitations and ensuring smooth execution.(c) Coordinate with department leads to set measurable goals and allocate responsibilitiesamong team members. And keep in regular communication with them to ensure goals are beingreached.(d) Oversee MY Voice Team tasks (e) Report to the Board of Directors and advisors on a monthly basis with written updates, concernsand progress
