• Delivered professional services within the scope of design, optimization, integration, configuration and support of multiple BSS/OSS solutions, including products from vendors other than Ericsson at a global level (North America, Middle East, Africa and Europe).• Worked in 24 medium to large scale solution development and deployment projects involving major telecommunication and IT service providers from various countries such as T-Mobile USA, At & T USA, Claro South America, MTN Middle East, Zain Africa, Unitel Africa, Orascom Middle East & Asia, Warid Telecom Pakistan.• Helped set up offshore software development center for Ericsson in Chennai, India. • Solution Architect and Technical Lead for billing system swap projects involving data architecture/data migration from non-Ericsson to Ericsson BSS/OSS platform.
