In the first team, my role focused on Mobile Internet and data support, involving critical core operations, where I contribute to the seamless functioning of our network infrastructure. I excel as a second-line troubleshooter, swiftly resolving complex issues to ensure uninterrupted services. Collaborating with esteemed VIP clients, I deliver tailored solutions and dedicated support, enhancing their experience. Looking ahead, my focus shifts to network optimization, where I am dedicated to elevating our network's performance and efficiency.
