• Description:
• Creating and managing sales pipeline and meeting revenue targets
• Present and sell company solution and services to current and potential clients.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.

• Major Responsibilities;
• Manages sales team and meet with potential customers.
• Sets up the sales structure: functions and jobs, rates of pay, policies and procedures for the processing side of sales - orders, invoicing, deliveries.
• Prepares annual marketing budget and monitors performance against the budget. Is responsible for meeting budgeted sales targets.
• Responsible for managing overall sales activities & sales team for the country and widespread territory
• Building up the company Sales force required to achieve company sales targets.
