16 years plus of experience learnt to do the here under process:1- Ensure the respect of contract and making sure that Contract & standards requirements are properly translated into specific QC requirements to be included in the Inspection & Test plans.2- Organizes the QC Team for their activities and for the progressive approval of Quality Control Plans3- Ensure that QC system fundamentals are well comprehended by the Field Supervisors/ inspectors and monitor the on-time execution of inspections Quality standard. 4- Ensure the implementation of the Site Non-conformity Management Procedure and provide information, performance indicators and statistical data for management review.5- Review and comment (as applicable) the proposed Corrective Action according to the Quality Assurance System Procedure both for System and on Contract. 7- Monitor the proper set-up and the punctual and continuous updating of the Completion & Turnover management System ensuring the achievement of QC targets.
