Mantrac Egypt group (6 Companies) is a member of Mansour Group of companies.Mansour Group is working in various business fields with a presence in more than 100 countries over the globe. www.mansourgroup.com.Position Basic Purpose:Oversee the whole importation/trade purchase process, ensuring accurate & proper records of the GIT, inventory and COS for all companies of the Business unit.Ensuring the accuracy of the companies’ accounts payable system based on the set policies and procedures.Providing regular detailed reports of inventory ageing analysis, ITRs, income statements to the related operational managers and the Companies’ / Group’s reporting department.Principal Responsibilities & Duties:- Maintain Accounts Payable systems, analyze its effectiveness and recommend the required improvements & controls.- Manage work of cost control staff and ensure appropriate working.- Monitor and analyze all A/P processes & resolve all vendor issues.- Monitor and analyze the inventory movements and balances.- Manage the whole importation process & the related documentation.- Manage the outgoing payments to trade vendors.- Monitor the stock ageing and ensure that the stock provision calculations match the company policy.- Manage providing regular detailed reports to the operational managers.- Administer the full filing of the external auditors’ & the tax authorities’ requirements prepared by the department team.- Contribute in implementation/development of all software systems – with the required workflows, financial information, data, procedures … etc.- Manage, guide & provide technical support to Cost Control team.- Monitor interdepartmental communications related to the department.

The role remains for the same 2 companies with responsibilities of an additional department:Position Basic Purpose :Assure proper invoicing to customers and customer payment records, ensure accurate accounts receivables, and provide regular detailed reports of customer debt ageing to the related operational managers and the company’s executive board.In addition to the purpose of Cost control Manager mentioned above.Principal Responsibilities & Duties:- Manage various processes and controls for customer accounts.- Check and control Accounts Receivables & cost accounts.- Monitor manual invoices, taxes, adjustments.- Manage providing Sales & COS, Accounts receivable reports … customer aging, bounced cheques…- Monitor Affiliates trade statements of accounts preparation & reconciliation. - Check customer statements & transaction volume reports prepared by subordinates.- Review the regular customers’ balance confirmations & accounts reconciliations.As well as responsibilities of Cost Control Manager mentioned above.

- Guiding and supervising junior accountants and branches' accountants as well.- Checking payment and journal vouchers.- Handling and reconciling the refinancing bank loans and interest control.- Handling the End of Service Benefits calculations and provisions.- Controlling promotional and marketing spend.- Controlling the key accounts’ rebates and trade support.- Checking the accounts’ analysis.- Participating in the yearly budget preparation.- Checking and reviewing the monthly and year end Financial reports and ensuring that it is within budget as much as possible.- Responsible for the chart of accounts. i.e. opening new accounts with relevant to the chart mapping as well as the cost centres.- Responsible for some special tasks and reports assigned by the Finance Manager.- Provide all necessary assistance and information to external auditors, then checking the division standalone financial reports draft, as well as the consolidated ones.

- Handling Fixed Assets, stock consignments, control accounts, accruals and analysis. - Accounts Payable, Receivable consolidated accounts and Banks reconciliation. - Cash flow, payroll preparation. - Responsible for the special tasks and reports assigned by the Finance Manager. - Assisting the Financial Manager in the preparation of the monthly and year end Financial report.
