Cost Control Manager – Egypt Business Unit
CurrentMantrac Egypt group (6 Companies) is a member of Mansour Group of companies.Mansour Group is working in various business fields with a presence in more than 100 countries over the globe. www.mansourgroup.com.Position Basic Purpose:Oversee the whole importation/trade purchase process, ensuring accurate & proper records of the GIT, inventory and COS for all companies of the Business unit.Ensuring the accuracy of the companies’ accounts payable system based on the set policies and procedures.Providing regular detailed reports of inventory ageing analysis, ITRs, income statements to the related operational managers and the Companies’ / Group’s reporting department.Principal Responsibilities & Duties:- Maintain Accounts Payable systems, analyze its effectiveness and recommend the required improvements & controls.- Manage work of cost control staff and ensure appropriate working.- Monitor and analyze all A/P processes & resolve all vendor issues.- Monitor and analyze the inventory movements and balances.- Manage the whole importation process & the related documentation.- Manage the outgoing payments to trade vendors.- Monitor the stock ageing and ensure that the stock provision calculations match the company policy.- Manage providing regular detailed reports to the operational managers.- Administer the full filing of the external auditors’ & the tax authorities’ requirements prepared by the department team.- Contribute in implementation/development of all software systems – with the required workflows, financial information, data, procedures … etc.- Manage, guide & provide technical support to Cost Control team.- Monitor interdepartmental communications related to the department.
