Global Program Manager for Chief Marketing Office (CMO) Integrated Marketing Operations Global PM team responsible for planning and managing critical program implementation and governance, often operating in space with significant complexity and multiple, cross-enterprise stakeholders.Responsibilities:• Lead project management in support of key and critical Biopharma programs• Develop program roadmaps for initiatives, including brand/market priorities• Identify and champion the identification of outcome based KPIs for each program• Deliver transformational, change and efficiency solutions in service of Biopharma Design and PMO• Oversee team’s progress against operational priorities in support of Design and PMO and work with relevant partners (business, comms, training, digital)• Latest achievement is leading program management of AI-powered marketing workbench connecting marketers to data, insights, and each other, while centralizing the tools marketers use the most to maximize productivity, creativity, and learning. The new platform completed a successful pilot and on planned to launch to ~10k internal users and ~1k agency partners.
