I am responsible for project coordination of structured cabling and network projects. I am responsible for assembling project deliverables. I also attend project kickoff and close out calls with customers, as well as update calls if warranted. I also manage small projects with minimal oversight.

- Help train new technicians- Perform cable installation in server racks and partner with the Engineers to fix any errors - Validation and reviewing build documents - I have many responsibilities including modifying Excel documents, organizing staging lanes with product by order number, inspecting rack components, and installing devices such as PDUs, Servers and Switches into a server rack cabinet. Other installations will include power and network cables. I also conduct final inspection of the completed server rack and identifying any cosmetic or functional defect.

- Assist with promoting and marketing Victory Ranch.- Maintained daily facility operations- Supervised daily operations, including employee performance, preventive maintenance and safety- Delegated tasks to carefully selected employees in alignment with resource management goals- I oversee all the outdoor recreation at the camp and manage part-time employees.- Facilitate an engaging learning environment to teach the other employees how to operate the outdoor activities including all of the ropes course, rock wall climbing, and zip lines and the other necessary safety training- Ensure that the ranch and facilities are maintenanced daily including landscaping the property anddelegating tasks- Schedule upcoming events and coordinated with various groups interested in staying at the ranch and run team-building exercises with the groups

- Provided excellent customer service to the customers by figuring out their needs and matching it with what the products that we offered - I also assisted with other warehouse duties such as stocking and keeping track of what is needed helped meet sales goals and with other various sales transactions- Daily duties also included unloading pallets of hardware and feed off of tractor-trailers

- After 2 years of working for this retreat center in High School, I was promoted to assistant director.- Was the lead employee and managed five other workers.- Received a raise every year because of work results
