With slightly more than 10 years of experience in UX & UI designing, I have worked with various industries and teams to embed the Design Thinking process into my daily work. I have been involved in extensive user research and persona creation to empathise with the users through methods such as:- Behavioural observation to understand how users carry out their operations / tasks- Statistical observation through surveys to gain insights on users perception, knowledge & understanding of certain products / tasks - In depth interviews to understand any prior encounters with other experiences and capture what users like and the things they wish to change- A/B Testing for comparative studies and understand different features between other similar products- Usability testing with task completion rate / heat maps / eye tracking to evaluate and measure the time and difficulty to complete a certain task- Requirement gathering with Business Analysts, Product Owners & Stakeholders to understand the business aims to achieve and how it will impact their usersHaving worked in various projects in different teams, I am familiar with Lean UX and Agile management frameworks such as:Kanban- Collaborated with other designers, Business Analysts and Product Owners using Kanban method, a more fluid process to brainstorm ideas and define user stories as backlog tasks are created and prioritised on the board.Scrum- Worked closely with developers, Scrum Master and Project Managers in Scrum design sprints, a timeboxed process to deliver user stories as epics, broken down and assigned into individual tasks and shared daily updates in a standup meeting.I am also well versed in creating wireframes and rapid prototyping using tools like:- Figma- Sketch- Adobe XDThrough out my career progression, I have also had the opportunity to conduct and facilitated workshops on Design Thinking and User Centred Design Process with internal members and external stakeholders.
