Current1) 2 years of experience in NPI Mfg strategies and coordinating between operations and BG, which directly impacts final product cost, quality, and delivery of 10+ new products.2) Led cross-functional teams to achieve DfC savings of up to $4.1B in FY24 and $1.2M in FY25.Host 8+ quarterly cost meetings with the GSM/BG/Eng team to align challenges on NPIs & MPs and maximize cost reduction opportunities.3) I am responsible for driving manufacturing strategies and solutions and in partnership with the business group and engineering organizations that directly impact final product cost, quality and delivery of new products.Responsibilities:a) Drive early and on-going operations involvement to ensure new products are designed for manufacturability and propose alternative manufacturing approachesb) Working with Product Marketing and Engineering to embed and optimize best practices enabling more efficient operations and supply chain processesc) Lead operational team on mechanical and CMF advanced manufacturing studyInterface with engineering teams on new and sustaining product process and value engineering improvementsd) Develop NPI product value chain (make vs buy) and supply chain strategyInitiate, lead and drive CIP activities pertaining to lean manufacturing, cycle time, and process improvementse) Drive cross-functional teams to develop launch FMEA risk assessment and proactively manages mitigation and contingency plansf) Ensure NPI quality and supply chain readinessg) Represent operations on engineering, product marketing, and program management teams and facilitate crisis escalationh) Perform product teardown analysis to drive DfC, cost reduction CIP, and component cost benchmarking
