I worked as an English tutor for the groups of young children (grade 1-5). The lessons were held on the weekdays in groups of 5-8 students. During the COVID lockdown, I was able to conduct lessons via ZOOM without losing interest and interaction of the young learners. Working in this position helped me develop greater communicational skills, and accountability before the customers and the supervisor. My responsibilities included preparing the class materials before each lesson, leading a discussion in a class, grading the students, and involving more customers. As a result of the work that was done by our manager and me, we have increased the number of our customers from 20 up to 40 students.

Being a volunteer (missionary) My key responsibility was to help others improve their lifestyle and make positive changes in their lives. I did it with the group of the other volunteers (around 200 people from more than 30 different countries) in one of the most diverse cities in the world. In this position I developed the skills of effective communication with people, time management, public speech, organizing meetings and trainings for the other volunteers in small (5-8 people) and big groups (20-80 people).
