Principal Tech. Safety Engineer - various offshore design projects (e.g. Breagh B FEED, Barque PB SNS de-complexing project, Rivers Phase II Concept Design)

Provision of technical safety engineering lead / support consultancy on various onshore and offshore risk assessment / software development projects. Most recent aspects covered include leading the design and implementation of cutting edge risk management software development projects relating to DNV’s industry leading software tool – PHAST/PHAST-RISK(Safeti). Other activities covered while working at DNV include leading/ managing risk based engineering design projects covering formal safety assessments and design optimization studies (e.g. QRA, FERA, SIMOPs, DORA, design and operations Safety Case support and development) for a wide range of onshore /offshore and upstream/downstream oil and gas production/processing installations.

Prior to rejoining DNV in 2013, Ade worked as a Principal engineering consultant for KBR providing technical safety and loss prevention engineering lead / support on various (EPC) aspects of the Gorgon LNG foundation (GFP) and subsequent expansion (GEP) projects. Activities covered include: risk based engineering design review and design optimization; HAZID and HAZOP/SOA (SIL) studies; QRA, EERA, SIMOPs studies; Fire protection equipment design specification and layout drawing reviews; Firewater monitor coverage reviews; HAC review and PFP specification and layout drawings; Mecury removal and operational hazard management studies; AGRU vent dispersion studies; toxic, fire, explosion and noise risk management relating to process and utility MAH releases within the LNG facilities; ground flare safety case development (including ALARP demonstration); RAM analysis; SIL verification; dropped object risk studies; flare and vent stack risk assessment studies.
