With over five years of work experience in various fields, I am a multilingual educator and gamer who can teach, translate, and support customers with diverse skills and experience. I currently work as a Korean Lecturer at Nusa Putra University and as an AI Write Tasker, creating and editing content for various platforms. I also work as a Player Support at Keywords Studios where I translate, localize, and support Korean game players, as well as the technical, trust and safety, and event teams. I have a master's degree in international trade from Sogang University and a bachelor's degree in communication from De La Salle University - Dasmariñas. I have strong communication, customer experience management, and social media skills, as well as a passion for learning and sharing knowledge.
