Tijdens mijn traineeship bij Newpublic heb ik op opdrachtbasis gewerkt voor de Gemeente Leusden en de Gemeente Ede. Hiernaast volgde ik een cursussen en trainingen op het gebied van veranderkunde, transactionele analyse, communicatie, adviesvaardigheden en projectmatig creëren.

Binnen mijn rol als Projectleider werkte ik aan de implementatie van de Wet open overheid.- Het uitvoeren van een nulmeting- Het vaststellen van een veranderopdracht- Het schrijven van een projectplan- Het onderzoek doen naar gebruiksvriendelijke softwarepakketten die openbaarheid van informatie ondersteunen zonder de informatiehuishouding gecompliceerder te maken voor medewerkers, de archivering te bemoeilijken, of een te groot risico te vormen voor gegevensbeveiliging- Het informeren en adviseren van medewerkers, managers en bestuurders over de actieve openbaarmaking van informatie

I have been working as a florist for Ende Bloemen at the farmers market in Zeist since May 2020. Me and my colleages were responsible for checking the quality of the flowers, for presenting the flowers in the best way possible, for arranging bouquets, and for helping clients to pick the right flowers for the occassion.

Between September 1st and February 28th, I will be supporting the Department of Science, Innovation and Strategic Management of the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security. My tasks at this department include the creation of a strategic science agenda, the analysis of a vast amount of outsourced research projects, and the co-creation of an annual publication by the Ministry of Justice and Security named 'Strategisch Omgevingsbeeld 2021'.

In the summer and autumn of 2020, I was employed as an interim store manager for Ende Bloemen at the farmers market in Zeist. During this period I was bearing the full responsiblity over both customer happiness and product turnover in our biggest flower stall.
