• Collaborate with 8-10 people on daily bases by delegating time, resources, and responsibilities leading to efficiency• Engage with 1,000+ clients, vendors, and visitors on daily bases. Providing Customer service and enforcing client policies to ensure safety and security• Utilize internal communication platforms and security computer software systems to engage with other departments and leadership for excellent communication• Troubleshoot problems and determine the correct escalation strategy resulting in smooth customer interaction• Work closely with management and 4 other vendor companies to ensure expectations are met• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new team members to ensure their smooth integration into the organization.• Identify issues to be addressed and assign them to the appropriate vendor companies for a timely response• Observe, report, and record incidents to ensure proper chronological documents are provided to the client

● Provide customer service for over 1,000 customers on daily basis acting as first point of contact as customers arrive and last point of contact as they leave● Operate a POS system to handle cash and card transactions as well as performing add on sales● Engage with customers over the phone and utilize a mobile radio system to dispatch drivers as needed● Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of company website and services to assist customers navigate and find appropriate services● Work closely with management on daily bases to handle customer complaints and deescalate incidents when necessary
