The project had a total value of $800 million and was executed under a modified FIDIC re-measured contract.As the Owner’s representative for the Inter-Continental Hotel portion, I managed a complex scope that included 535 guestrooms, 184 serviced apartments, 73 bungalows, 14 penthouses, as well as public areas, health club facilities, and parking.
