Working in Mobile Digital BU in Taiwan Zhubei office (COMET) as a program integration TE. Major responsibility is to generate/integrate the final usable test program per PE (internal customer) for some specific purpose those include ESD, HTOL, corner wafer samples testing within the required schedule. It needs to work with individual IC block owners (TEs) to combine their test program/flow/setup. It also needs to provide suggestions or debugging for test program optimization. Major platform is Advantest V93000.

Products include 2nd side rectifier and DrMOS- The responsibilities include ATE test hardware development, test program development, reliability hardware development, reliability program development, characterization data collection.- Major platform of this period is ETS-364 and ETS-88- 100% achieved team's schedule target to release solution on time.- 100% achieved team's cost target on test time, multisite, test yield.- Supported to developed a tool to perform automatically GRR data collecting to save 90% engineer's time for GRR data collect activity. Provided the tool to team members and Subcon engineer.- I was a seed staff who introduced new product DrMOS testing knowledge to team from original RD team in U.S. This makes my team extending ownership to new BU.

- Worked in Fingerprint sensor BU and co-worked with development team in US to performNPI activities to target OSAT.- Familiar with J750 test platform and provide improvement and debug suggestion to RD forproject release.- Based on designer's information to develop a script in Python to export data to Excel to locatepossible defect location of sensor area then cowork with OSAT team for continuous yieldimprovement.- 100% achieved team's release schedule. Good yield maintenance to keep product average yieldhigher than 90%.
