Hi! I am Yi-Ting Wu, a Stanford Master's in Electrical Engineering student. I am interested in low-level system software, embedded systems, and anything related to integrating the software and hardware efficiently.My academic journey at Stanford focus on the integration of Software and Hardware Systems, with course work in Parallel Computing, Computer Architecture, Visual Computing Systems and Interconnection Network (NoC). My projects include parallel optimization with CUDA C++, multiple wireless sensing systems projects, and some full-stack web applications.During my previous internship at SPAN.io, I worked as a backend engineering intern and developed the cloud framework for connectivity status tracking between devices and the cloud. In 12 weeks, I went from not knowing Kotlin, to building a fully-functional framework with Kotlin and Micronaut. I also touched on tools like AWS IoT, Kafka and Cockroach DB, as well as wrote my own unit tests and integration tests.I love participating in hackathons. I love playing basketball, and I absolutely enjoy surfing both the snow and the sea. I also occasionally play the violin and guitar, in fact, I am playing in the Stanford Philharmonia orchestra this year. Excited! :D
