Be an effective, visible and results-driven leader and role model, providing regular direct clinical care and consequent clinical supervision, mentoring and coaching, in addition to ensuring effective use of non-clinical time to support the implementation of both clinical and non-clinical governance, facilitating the transformation and modernisation of patient services.
