QA management for the constructed piers. Conduct contractor’s product quality control inspections and tests to verify construction materials and techniques for Specification and Australian standards’ compliance, Identify and manage NCR for rectification and close-out. Compose process procedure and reports for defects repair in accordance with the Spec requirement.Supervise the last 40% of bridge piers’ construction. Monitor the pier form work, reinforcement cage and cast-in items have been set up according to IFC drawing and operation is compliant to internal QA procedure and the project contract. Compose methodology and procedures for construction approval. Liaise with client’s engineers for inspection, and sign-off to handover the completed work.

Chaired as the fabricator's quality assurance for complex dual layer pile reinforcement cage fabrication for the New Bridgewater Bridge, the complex pile cages are designed to be multi-layered, vary in length up to 23m, and weigh up to 31 tonnes. The work involves supervision for three simultaneously fabricated pile cage spindles, conduct internal QA and hold point release for each pile cage, perform material stocktake and oversee potential shortage, label individual cage and record storage, monitor and conduct cage pre-delivery lashing inspection/ sign off for road safety compliance, compile compliance documents for client representative inspection and hand over/ delivery.Achievement:- Achieved project completion before the contract end date with client's expected quality and satisfaction, complete fabrication three months before requirement.- Streamlined the fabrication surveillance and product verification for minimal delay of new production and client handover.- Improved production quality by conducting compliance toolbox talk and shop drawing introduction to workshop for learning and self-verification before internal QA.Other work:- St. Lukes private hospital piling draftsperson- Margaret st sewer diversion temporary work design- Latrobe flood mitigation project graduate site engineer- Launceston college pedestrian bridge tender proposal (job won)
