I am passionate about research, teaching, and student support, with an interdisciplinary academic background in law, finance, and construction management. Currently, I am pursuing a PhD at Deakin University, which I started in 2021. My research focuses on compliance with building regulations. During my PhD candidacy, I have also been working as a teaching and research assistant in the School of Architecture and Built Environment, and as an international HDR programs coordinator in the Research and Innovation portfolio at Deakin.Prior to my PhD, I completed both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Law and Finance. I have had the opportunity to work in various sectors, including the higher education sector and residential sector in Australia, the health industry in China, and the client engagement sector in Germany. This diverse experience enables me to engage effectively in multicultural environments.I am dedicated to continuous learning and growth, and I am committed to making a meaningful contribution in my role.
