I am YiChen Chen, also known as Daniel, an international student pursuing a Computer Engineering degree at Purdue University. My passion lies in the intricate workings of computers, encompassing both software and hardware domains, which led me to choose Computer Engineering as my field of study.As an aspiring engineer, my career objective is to create innovative and functional products by leveraging my expertise in software and hardware. My academic journey has allowed me to explore two key areas of interest: software engineering and computer architecture. I have actively engaged in projects, both within clubs and research, with a focus on FPGA development and pathfinding algorithms.In educational and club settings, I am flexible with my role, as my primary goal is to enhance my skills and contribute my knowledge to meaningful projects.
