I am seeking a People Analyst/Consulting role, where I can apply my combination of skills, including project management, people analytics, and communication to drive organizational success for clients. As a soon-to-be graduate with a Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from Georgia Institute of Technology in May/August 2025, my experience and passion for analyzing and optimizing human capital make me the ideal candidate.
