Senior Consultant
Current- Facilitate user interviews and workshops to capture and clarify business pain points&needs, propose corresponding business solutions and engage with key stakeholders to create and refine the product backlog, based on the priority to suggest the scope of MVP and milestones.- Analyze and interpret user needs and business strategies to build epic stories, break down user stories, and identify their acceptance criteria.- Work closely with the product and development team to ensure successful delivery meets expectations and is on time.- Provide the single point of contact for the product area to all supporting partners and teams.- Always pay attention to uplifting and improving delivery processes by changing the team’s way of working and helping to improve collaboration and communication within the distributed team.
