Here are my day-to-day work responsibilities;- Managing over TRY 10 mil. in yearly ad spend across various channels- Building marketing strategies for B2C and B2B clients.- Lead the Digital Marketing strategy and create digital plans to best support the user experience across digital channels; to grow customer acquisition, retention and increase services adoption.- Building great value propositions for prospective clients- Maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients- Improve and develop consistency throughout existing brand touch-points, guidelines or experiences to create a cohesive customer experience, increase engagement and achieve brand KPIs- Implement best practices including guidelines for web campaigns, social media, landing pages, brand campaigns, etc.- Develop Digital, Data & Technology Strategy roadmaps for our client’s transformation agendas- Develop digital transformation roadmaps for our clients.- Recruitment, selection, and training of employees in the agency.- Provides educational opportunities, relevant information, and growth opportunities for digital marketing team.- Provide leadership, mentoring and development to the team by role modelling standards of professional conduct, commercial acumen, coaching and mentoring team members, cascading and managing towards objectives, and managing towards high performance.- Experienced in different business areas such as clothing & shoes, home textile, home supplies, food&beverage, accessories, healthcare, automotive, manufacturing, technology, beauty and more.

- Researching competitors and creating reports.- Creating, planning and implementing overall digital marketing strategy by using Miro, Clickup.- Set-up conversions via Google Tag Manager and integration all digital channels.- Creating, managing and optimizing all campaigns to generate more conversions on paid media channels.(Some types of campaigns used cross-sell, up-sell, remarketing, LLA, search, display and video ads)- Implementing A/B Tests to improve campaign performance.- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (CTR, CPM, CPL, ROI, ROAS and other fundamental KPIs) by using Google Data Studio/Looker Studio.- Providing suggestions about UX/UI, CTA buttons, offers, campaigns, integrations and automations for growth and one step ahead.- Providing suggestions about SEO performance of pages to improve quality score of search ads.- Creating e-mail automations.- Designing some ad visuals.- Hiring freelance graphic designers, content writers.
