- Making key account customer(wholesalers, chain customers, web sales network, etc.) visits on a regulat basis to ensure reaching monthly/yearly sales targets.- Managing key account contract, negotiation processes and ensuring written agreements- Receiving existing customer orders, following up on inventory, invoicing and collection processes- Gaining new key accounts and increasing sell in and out activities based on product sales strategies- Controlling expiry dates of products and minimizing custmer order returns- Making market analysis, suggesting and implementing actions to overcome market competitors- Following and reporting Banner, Google and activity applications- Increasing the distribution network

- Visiting pharmacies to reach monthly/yearly sales targets- Ensuring product visibility on customer shelves by placing the products on hot sales zones- Controlling expiry dates of products and minimizing custmer order returns- Maintaining customer satisfaction and after sales activities to support after sales activities

I worked in summer internship in HAYAT KİMYA AŞ in marketing department.( It was 30 business days -In this internship I had the chance to build up one-to-one relations with the company’s customers.Participated in the preparation of a market presentation with a comprehensive research on the Iran market.I did translation for Iran market. ( it was Turkish from English)Made a survey about the company.
