In order to be more competent in the field of marketing, in which I have always been interested in my education and professional life, develop projects and follow written and visual resources, I completed a scholarship in Marketing Communication at Istanbul Bilgi University. I finished my master's degree in June 2015. I wrote my graduation project on Globalization and Its Impact on Marketing Strategies.I worked in the Creative Marketing department within the marketing department for nearly 6 years at Markafoni, which is a part of Naspers. In line with my department; I was producing innovative integrated projects for Markafoni and vertical companies, finding organizational and viral ideas to increase sales, and managing the PR and advertising strategy. At the same time, I managed the preparation of all visual identities of Markafoni and vertical companies (Enmoda.com, Zizigo.com, Misspera.com, Evimdeyim.com), the decision of the marketing language and the creation of the user experience (Newsletter, landing page HTML coding, Animation videos, flash banners. site visuals and designs, in-store designs, industrial design materials, corporate identity, user flows and agency management).I wanted to advance my career to this point by being interested in User Experience and Service Design with my User Experience courses and my experience in understanding the user and customer in the Creative Marketing department. I tried to make a difference by adding new trend service design research techniques and improving business processes to my job as UX Lead at Yapı Kredi. I aimed to improve myself further with the User experience and service design courses I took at the banking academy.At Doğuş Teknoloji, which provides technological solutions to companies, I provide user experience and service design consultancy to both companies within the Doğuş Group and non-group companies. I work to improve the business processes and user experiences of companies and to increase their productivity.I also create, develop and direct the vision of the Service Design and User Experience team within Doğuş Teknoloji. As an internal trainer in the company, I give training on user experience and service design.In parallel with my business life, I am a member of the UX Istanbul Conference Strategy Committee and give User Experience mentoring to start ups at KWORKS, which is an initiative of Koç University.
