International Jill Lowe is a cosmetic company, hence the customers are mainly women of various age and race. Due to the lack of employees, I was required to move between outlets, office and running errands. Despite my initial unfamiliarity with the products, I had to watch the shop alone, deal with the walk-in customers and the phone appointments, while my full time coworker would be dealing with facial appointments in another room. Because of that, I had learnt to deal with difficult customers and taking situations into my own hands. Through this experience, I had gained better communication skills and am able to understand and attend to the customer's need better.• Receptionist (answering calls, handling logs and appointments)• Retail Assistant (serving customers and their needs)
