• Comprehensive immersive training with focus on data analysis and machine learning using language Python & R:
• Built a predictive model to identify top ticket-selling artists using datasets from Pollstar and Spotify containing 19000+ artists. Conducted data cleaning, data exploratory analysis and feature engineering to help.
• Predicted house prices using the Ames House Price dataset from Kaggle. Used Python for data cleaning, data manipulation and developed regression models to provide recommendation on house remodeling/renovation for house.
• Web scraped over 1000 pairs of sneakers records with Scrapy from StockX to investigate what drives sales on the sneaker resalemarket and​ ​to provide insights on sneaker investment.
• Developed an interactive web app with R shiny to visualize the data and investigate the correlation between patients’ characteristics and medical costs.

• Conducted ticket sales analysis to develop ticketing strategy resulting in 30% ticket sales increase.
• Led the strategy and execution of talent booking and music programs.
• Controlled a $1.5M annual budget for shows for the Blue Note venue in China.
• Negotiated, reviewed, managed and executed all artists contracts and riders.

• Negotiated sponsorship deals and managed sponsorship accounts related to musical instruments and artist hospitality, reducing at least 20% show costs. Sponsorship including: Tom Lee Music, Yamaha, Marriott Executive.
• Liaised between the New York CEO and the Greater China CEO, obtained counsel on legal and tax affairs, coordinated Beijing’s venue development (e.g. construction, interior design), etc.
