● Responsible for the whole process of domestic and overseas recruitment and the management of current employees, understanding human resources policies and regulations of various countries, and establishing good relationships with overseas employees of different cultural backgrounds:1. Responsible for supporting the full overseas recruitment process, including but not limited to job posting, CV screening, interview invitation, salary negotiations, contract signing, etc. in Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Philippines, Poland, South Africa, and other countries. At the same time, I am in charge of the management of current domestic and overseas employees including but not limited to performance evaluation, setting up training and development plans, and maintaining employee relations.2. Responsible for maintaining the human resources database and recording accurate personal information, work content, salary coordination, and payment of current domestic and overseas employees in the above-mentioned regions. Provide relevant human resources reports promptly.3. Responsible for writing job descriptions and employee performance evaluation plans. Develop and implement training plans based on job requirements. Ensure employees acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to maximize themselves and their positions.
