Key Account Management·Pitch new accounts, make pre-sales analysis reports and presentations, explore cooperation opportunities and complete signing.·After signing, coordinate cross-function teams, manage project timeline and deliver on time; Finish reports for each project when deal is closed.·Follow up the accounts' business situation, analyze their business data, make the improvement plan and demonstrate to ensure accounts' continuous profit.·Maintain good relationship with each account , follow up their needs and help them out, complete product quality improvement reports and account's renewal & upsales.·Serves 20+ brands and helps the company generate 7M+ annually.2. New Project1)Cloud Retail·Responsible for new business planning and clients development, cooperate with 25 customers, help the company generate 4M+ with 0 cost in the past 2 years.2)Self-owned brand·Responsible for the whole case planning and opened the first store in 1 month.·Analyzed monthly operation and buying data, make monthly review report and promotion plan.·Planed and landed offline Co-Branding activities to increase brand exposure and create a private traffic pool.·Set up 12 stores, reached the annual turnover of 3M+.
