As an R&D personnel in a nutraceutical company, I could handle multitask jobs and make our project timeline well-managed. Currently, I have conducted over 100 projects−focus on research and development of the different types of functional foods, such as immunity enhancement probiotic compound, and I will studied the clinical data of the compounds when I design the products. Also, I have to check the laws and regulations of our clients' countries to adjust the design of my formula. One registration of domestic capsule and tablet vitamin product has already approved by TFDA.

As a researcher, my major tasks included information integration, formula design, cost assessment, quality monitoring, maintenance of existing items, SOP establishment and ensuring product development follows SOP in manufacturing procedure to meet the established standards of quality. I was also in charge of OEM projects, responsible for communication with clients from product design to packaging, transportation and cost confirmation.

The sponsor Overseas Pharmaceuticals, Ltd. authorized the CRO VCRO to conduct its clinical trial on the painkiller. As a laboratory assistant in the trial, I participated in the SIV meeting, clearly understood the process planning before the trial and successfully completed the assignment in the trial.
