"Nothing is too hard to quit, just keep doing".I am a Financial Benefit Analyst with OneDigital Health and Benefits.My primary duties include supporting all aspects of marketing and financial analysis work related to a large group size (100 EE+) client’s group benefit programs. Also, I work works closely and collaboratively with the Benefits Consultant and Carriers to produce benefit and financial illustrations that allows clients to properly evaluate their benefit plans on claims running, underwriting and best funding type(Fully Insure, Level-Funded and Self-Insured). Previously, I am processing over 8 years of experience of statistical analysis, investment analysis and data modeling with multiple internships, I am a power user in using SAS, SQL, and Excel to analyze large data sets to assess financial trends, develop and maintain forecast models.I love to solve problems. I have been driven by my intellectual curiosity to find answers to the most pressing questions.
