• Assists and supports the Regional General Manager in the following up of business opportunities identified within Asia region • Provides commercial, operational and management support to our representatives and Joint Venture partners in various countries such as China, Taiwan.• Participates in the evaluation, preparation, development, negotiation of tenders for time charter• Compiles and prepares Market Research Reports, Quarterly / Annual Sales forecast and Profit & Loss budgets• Monitor Joint Ventures development relative to business plan targets and objectives • Monitor the Account Receivable and Account Payable status to ensure a healthy balance sheet. • Performs other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Regional General Manager • Provide competitive analysis such as EBIT, Internal Rate of Returns and Return on Equity to support business development • Travels to regional countries to understand business and market conditions

• Manage three short haul services intra South East Asia and Australia • Maximize space utilization on every voyage through meticulous planning• Demand forecast of each service route in terms of space utilization and P&L budgeting on a weekly and monthly basis• Control total inventory in my country profiles and maximize inventory turnaround time at individual Port of Loadings. • Propose rates for inbound and outbound shipments on individual services based on market demand, equipment match back and operational cost • Ensure that timely and accurate instructions are correctly carried out by the agents through effective communication and close monitoring • Access agents’ performance through monthly reports and provide constructive comments for further growth. • Assist the Trade Asst General Manager in strategizing trade plans and managing trade routes by research and innovative action
