I have extensive experience in generating publishable, HTA- and regulatory- grade evidence, and in communicating and responding to agency reviews and comments. I've successfully led cross-functional teams, driving business growth and operational excellence across clinical trials, RWE, HEOR, epidemiology, biostatistics, and AI. As Global VP of RWE/Epidemiology/HEOR at UBC and Chief Scientific Officer of RWE/Epidemiology/HEOR at CVS Health, I led innovative projects leveraging clinical trials and RWD (claims, EMR, registries, and PRO) to support clinical development, regulatory and HTA submission, and market access. My work spans various therapeutic areas, collaborating with top academic, biopharma, and MedTech companies. I have received numerous awards from my previous employers and professional societies. I have authored over 100 publications with 6,000+ citations and served as a reviewer for NEJM and JAMA. Currently, I am the Key Projects Chair of Statistical Methods Special Interest Group at ISPOR.I hold a PhD in Behavioral Sciences from Brandeis University, with additional training in epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, and healthcare policy from Harvard School of Public Health. I attained Harvard Business School alumni status in 2023.
