Responsibilities: • Continuously monitoring on current supply chain (Procurement, Inventory and logistics) process, propose and implement the improvement plan.• Digitalize and enhance efficiency of process.• Daily routine work of procurement, logistics and cost management. • Department KPI set and achieve.• Staff management:• Request and follow up of the procurement of fix assets for supply chain upgrade.Achievements:➢ Procurement: on time delivery has been increased from 70% to 83%;➢ Inventory:- The space utilize rate has been boost from 75% to 94%;- Turnover rate has been improved from 0.25 to 0.38;- With the same labor, locate/ pick up cargo average operation time has been increased from 4min/ pallet to 1min/pallet.➢ Logistics: on time delivery has been raised from 96% to 98%.➢ Through the KPI results indicated that employee’s satisfaction and enthusiasm has been enhanced.Along with the training program, all the employee’s working skill has been well improved.
