Effective communication skill is fundamental in any workplaces. Communication is a two-way process. I'm a patient listener who always listens first to figure out what people want from me, then give useful information and advice.I'm a team player, who works independently and support colleagues.Learning is a way to accommodate a rapid change environment nowadays. I am eager to learn any new knowledge. I truly believe that learning is the key to a better life, and helping others. I have devolved myself to volunteering in 2016. I was a Chinese and class teacher, who needed to manage 78 students in two classes. Dealing with their teenage problems was a challenging task. I took a year to build trust and friendship with my students. It was a memorable experience.My long travel journey from 2014-2018 is one of the best experiences I have ever had. I was inspired by the travelers I met and have learned to appreciate the differences in various cultures. Through the journey, I become a more gentle and out-going person. I accommodate new surroundings very easily.Curiosity is the key to Creativity and Innovation. It is my motto of finding fulfillment in every aspect of our life.
