As a Security Supervisor with Cawley Partners, I oversee our Kirkwood Oaks security operations in Southlake, TX. This includes reading all the reports, tracking our periodic tasks, coordinating efficient efforts, distributing fair work loads, verifying quality work, improving everything, and keeping the peace with day shift public relations.

Today I transitioned from a Security Site Supervisor to an on-call resource for Executive Sentinels to be able to pursue opportunities more in need of my experience while being able to continue to serve our gated residential community in Plano, TX. I controlled costs by designing schedules resilient to overtime from short notice needs, helping supervisors coach employees to succeed, and quantifying location inventories to project resupply timelines. As a Security Supervisor at a global telecom technology company’s North America headquarters, I reported to my Account Manager and was responsible for training new officers, managing exceptions to access control, documenting visitors according to C-TPAT standards, maintaining positive control of approximately $300K worth of assets on the dock, corporate executive customer service, and physical security’s response to emergencies.

Securitas’ recruited me as one of only two people requested by our hospital client from their previous service provider. Promoting me to be a Lead at their Urgent Care facility off site from the main campus, I trained all new officers for working remotely, monitored the waiting room to protect staff from patients losing their patience, provided escorts, and convinced transients to voluntarily avoid making poor choices without needing to call for assistance or law enforcements’ intervention.
