I have had the privilege of learning from some of the best organizations in the world for the last 20 years. And for more than 12 of those years, I have been trusted with managing their physical security, safety, and business operations. With so many wonderful memories, my signature toast has always been an adapted quote "Good people are hard to find, difficult to leave, and impossible to forget".
