CurrentTo fully understand the needs of our association's members, we establish activity goals and plans, draft activity proposals, and create activity budgets.Communicate and coordinate both internal and external resources, engage in business negotiations with venue partners, and simultaneously develop detailed execution plans and schedules for activities. Supervise and guide the execution on-site. Prepare to deal with emergency incidents and ensure the event proceeds as planned. Maintain order at the event, distribute related materials, and ensure the safety and experience of participants. Develop promotional plans for the event, using social media, email, and other methods for promotion, and design and produce promotional materials, such as posters. Collect and analyze our member's feedback after the event. Based on the feedback, adjust and optimize subsequent activity planning and execution.
