Product and Partnership Management Team manages both inhouse and partners' digital solutions, They responsible of functional benchmarks, customer journey, business model, marketing strategy etc. Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Social Media Tracking Solution, Cloud Telephony, Speech Analytics, Big Data Solution, Customer Management System, IT Helpdesk, Visual Call Center etc. are the some of the digital solutions.Operation Excellence Team divide by sector knowledge. Team members analyze their call center operations which they are responsible and start to improving projects. They find the failing aspects, and recommend new flows and technological solutions. Finance, retail, e-Commerce, transportation, aviation are some of the sectors.

I worked on managing digital products during my job as a product manager, preparing product strategies, business models, billing and pricing process, after sales support, marketing activities, functional benchmarks etc.I launched Turkcell e-Sirket which is a cloud based product, involves account transaction, e-invoice, e-ledger. I worked on partner management of Microsoft Office 365 product. In addition to these products, I worked on some projects and more digital products.

At the beginning I started to work as a production planning engineer at chocolate factor. I transformed the short term planning model to long term planning model. This transformation provided to decrease wasting time and increased production. Then, I continued working as trade marketing manager. I worked on market position, sales results, financial situation, marketing planning, on site customer activities etc.
