Infineon, as a leading semiconductor manufacturer, has been planning on various business continuity strategies to increase it. However, which strategy will perform the best under what disruption scenarios remains unclear to companies. In this project, I developed and designed the DES model in AnyLogic (Java-based), considering the lead-time, stocks and manufacturing technologies. Furthermore, I conducted scenario testing and performed analysis on operational and financial KPIs: faster fill rate recovery and reduction of economic loss (at least 2 times).
