Winterwind, international wind power conference • Budgeting: was responsible for a turnover of over 2.5 million SEK.• Strategy implementation: turned a research conference into an important business arena and saw attendance grow from 150 to 500 in five years. • Marketing and sales: designed the sponsorship offers and personally sold for over 400 000 SEK. • Team leadership: was responsible for procurement, planning and motivation of several colleagues and ten external suppliers over a year’s time. Re-launch of Svensk Vindkraft, the biggest wind power journal in Sweden • Identified new sources of revenue: integrated the web site to find synergies, attract new readership and new advertisers. • Process management: identified and implemented a more efficient workflow for the editorial staff.

AllEars was a project launched by TV4 and Sony Music in 2006 with the basic idea of connecting unsigned artists with record label representatives. At AllEars I had the opportunity to work with an incredible team of developers, editors and PR-people in making paid services online more attractive and connecting the so-called “real world business” with social media users. My task was to find interesting artists of different genres, interview them and produce eye-capturing graphics for the editorial part of the site. I was also responsible for attracting new users and listeners to the site through social media marketing. The project itself was really cutting-edge in the way of integrating social media users in the music industry, so I was really sad to see the website close in the beginning of 2008 due to financial reasons.
