* Responsible for leading and developing a diverse team of in-house and freelance product and fashion photographers, video editors, stylist, studio assistants, and studio support staff in our rapidly growing online business. Leading the team through innovation, workflow and process improvement; while elevating the aesthetic of merchandise, photography, and video content. * Lead regular planning meetings, with cross functional teams, to ensure flawless execution of studio operations and logistics.  and ability to meet deadlines* Collaborate with other areas of the business to achieve a balance between production requirements and aesthetic standards. * Developing and continuously improving business processes, that ensure work flows through the studio efficiently, on schedule, and that resources are invested in appropriate daily/weekly/monthly priorities.* Managing all aspects of photo studio operations including budgets, production/staffing schedules, equipment investments, and space expansion plans to meet operational metrics and creative goals.* Maintaining a pool of high quality creative and operational talent, that will ensure smooth product flow throughout the studio, to meet expectations in quality and timeliness. Serving as a leader and primary point of contact for other departments. Coordinating process enhancements with leaders of teams outside the studio that may be affected by changes while ensuring timely and proactive communication to staff in order to meet service level agreements.

Content Manager:- ♣ Responsible for contributing to all aspects of Arpu's online presence and digital content strategy.♣ Managing the ongoing review, selection, and commissioning of all content material.♣ Responsible for all content acquisition to feed the need of all the company branches covering all international and ethnic requests.♣ Preparing/revising/negotiating/finalizing contracts/legal documents for new services, content acquisitions and distribution with new and existing service providers/GSM network operators in worldwide.♣ Managing the content development team divided into three sections (international content, Local content and content distribution)♣ Handling all issues related to service providers (contracts, annexes, authorization letters, allocations, traffic reports, due payments…etc♣ Coordinating with Country Managers and the correspondent network operators in our offices handling their requests; finalizing their acquisition contracts; providing content to cover their market needs, collecting reports and payments…etc. ♣ Preparing and providing the upper management with analysis reports for content performance, preparing business cases for new content acquisition…etc.
